Course Syllabus

Abstract

The project seminar has a practical focus and aims at preparing students for the implementation of a management consulting project for an external client - a large company facing complex external challenges that require strategic business transformation. Within the seminar, students apply the knowledge and skills acquired in various courses in the field of strategic management, financial management and marketing and other. As a part of the seminar, students master the basics of organizing and conducting a management consulting project, key practical methodologies and tools used in similar consulting projects.
