Course Syllabus

Abstract

Course Objectives: - to acquire skills of working in conditions of “unfriendly” (unfamiliar) terrain and unfamiliar/changing information space; - to develop skills of attentive attitude to traditional sources of information, “culture of work” with facts, understanding of factual and semantic components of the information source; - eliminate the disproportion between specialized/fundamental training and generalist/applied skills; - develop skills in organizing a working group and research process in applied analytics.
