Abstract
The research seminar "Introduction to Comparative Law" is aimed at forming a high level of legal culture and legal awareness, tolerance among students; developing their creative abilities, communication skills, and social adaptation; teaching project and teamwork skills; forming students' attitudes to constantly study and develop professionally; searching, analyzing, and structuring legal information; interpretation and application of laws and other regulatory legal acts; development and drafting of legal documents; legal expertise of normative acts, giving qualified legal opinions; correct qualification of facts and circumstances by students; argumentation and justification of the position; ensuring the exercise of rights and duties, ensuring compliance with legislation in the activities of public authorities, individuals and legal entities; legal education and upbringing of students; participation in scientific research; processing legal, social, economic and other empirical information based on the use of modern information technologies; legal education of the individual; preparation of publications, reviews and annotations on legal issues.
