This volume presents the work of the staff and students of the Department of Organizational Psychology of the Higher School of Economics and their colleagues from the Department of Social Psychology of the Lomonosov Moscow State University, which deal with the sociopsychological study of the dynamic changes in Russian society at all levels of functioning, including large and small social groups as well as individual level. The collection consists of two sections. The section “Changes in social identity and social consciousness” presents results of theoretical and empirical studies of different types of social identity (civic, ethnic, religious, gender) and analysis of the dynamics of public (political, religious) consciousness. “Social Psychology of Organizational Behavior” is devoted to research in the field of organizational culture and organizational behavior, the dynamics of socio-psychological processes in small groups and cross-cultural research in an international company.

This book is for experts in the field of social and organizational psychology and related disciplines.
