As usual, HSE Publishing House presented new releases and bestsellers to visitors of the festival. The event featured book presentations, concerts, and literary meetings. A major highlight was the presentation of a poetry collection by Mikhail Matusovsky, the renowned lyricist behind beloved Soviet-era songs such as Moscow Nights (Подмосковные вечера), Vologda (Вологда), and What Does the Motherland Begin With? (С чего начинается Родина). The collection was published by the Lugansk State Academy of Culture and Arts, which bears the poet’s name — a native of the region. HSE Publishing House contributed to the publication. Warm remarks were shared during the presentation by Valery Alexandrovich Fadeev, Chairman of the Academy’s Board of Trustees, and Nikita Yuryevich Anisimov, Deputy Chairman and Rector of HSE University. Students of the academy delivered a spirited performance of songs set to Matusovsky’s lyrics.
