Course Syllabus

Abstract

The issues of ethics and corporate social responsibility play a significant role in the contemporary development of businesses and multinational companies. The course introduces students into the contemporary problems of moral philosophy and ethics of responsibility. It also addresses such questions as the dichotomy of CSR practices and the reality of business, the impact of managers on the organization’s integrity and other important ethical issues in business and management.
