Abstract
The course is designed to harmonize first‑year master’s students’ foundational understanding of management theory and its current state, recognizing that their previous educational backgrounds vary across disciplines and specializations. The course provides a systematic overview of the theoretical foundations of management research and engages with ongoing theoretical debates.
Students will critically examine current challenges, emerging trends, and innovative practices through the lens of established and emerging management theories. Students will learn to diagnose organizational problems, interpret complex business phenomena, and develop theory‑informed solutions.
