Course Syllabus
Abstract
This course focuses on practical approaches to asset protection and corporate control in special situations, such as sanctions regimes, corporate conflicts, asset freezes, and other unusual circumstances.

- Понимают, как решения в правовой плоскости влияют на стоимость компании и ее антихрупкость; ▪ Умеют выявлять ключевые правовые риски в финансовых моделях и инвестиционных решениях; ▪ Знают базовые инструменты защиты активов в России и за рубежом; ▪ Понимают роль внешних консультантов и внутренней команды компании при реализации комплексных проектов.
Expected Learning Outcomes
- Upon completion of the course, students will: ▪ Understand how legal decisions impact a company's valuation and antifragility; ▪ Be able to identify key legal risks within financial models and investment decisions; ▪ Be familiar with fundamental asset protection tools in Russia and abroad; ▪ Understand the respective roles of external consultants and the internal corporate team in the implementation of complex projects.
