Abstract
This discipline forms a holistic view of advanced data analysis techniques as an important tool for identifying patterns, making predictions, and making decisions. Students will gain a general understanding of modern approaches to data processing and interpretation, including statistical methods, machine learning, and mining techniques. The course will cover data preprocessing, model selection and evaluation, visualization of results, as well as practical aspects of applying analytical tools in various subject areas.
