Course Syllabus
Abstract
Research seminar «International and Comparative Aspects of Industrial Property Law» covers various aspects of trademark and patent law, presenting both general issues and matters, which are relevant to the digital environment. Reviewing the international legal mechanisms related to industrial property and selected features of regional and national legal frameworks will help students to enhance their understanding of the foundations of intellectual property law and help mapping internationalization strategies.
