Abstract

The objectives of mastering the discipline "Digital Finance" is to form students' understanding of the impact of the emergence of new technologies on the activities of the company in the modern economy, the challenges and opportunities for modern managers in terms of managing the company's value, attracting funding and changing the company's business model.
