Course Syllabus

Abstract

The course covers the theoretical foundations of the technological processes and algorithms needed to analyze next-generation sequencing data. The purpose of the course is to provide students with knowledge about the historical development of sequencing technologies and to familiarize them with modern methods of sequencing technologies. Students will learn how to determine the optimal sequencing methods for the task being solved, and master the methods of preprocessing data obtained during high-performance sequencing.
