Abstract
The European Union is often singled out as the most advanced case of regionalism. This course introduces students to history of European integration and to the current state of affairs. The course explores the institutional set-up and functioning of the European Union, its major policy areas, internal challenges, and emerging agendas across a number of sectoral fields.
