Abstract

The discipline Introduction to Anglo-Saxon Contract Law will help you to learn about contracts in different for us legal system – system of common law. We will talk about contracts are promises that the law will enforce, that the court will stand for. We will discuss the distinctive features and peculiarities of contract law in common law countries, look at the US and UK famous and important court decisions that created the very basics of Anglo-Saxon contract law.
