Course Syllabus

Abstract

The International Law Workshop is a series of sessions with students that are designed to facilitate the intensive development of skills in the resolution of complex and challenging cases. Participants on the course will be taught to correctly identify the range of applicable sources, interpret international legal norms, formulate a reasoned position on a case, and construct the most effective line of legal strategy. The workshop is designed for students who are fluent in English and have advanced knowledge of international law.
