Abstract
The main language of realization of the discipline is Chinesе. The course explores the principles and strategies of government relations (GR) in the context of China’s political and regulatory landscape, with a focus on state institutions and policy-making mechanisms. Special attention is given to the dynamics of policy-making, government-business interactions, and the role of digital transformation, highlighting challenges and opportunities for businesses and foreign investors. The course introduces practical approaches to navigating China’s GR environment, providing students with the skills to manage political risks and optimize business strategies.
