Abstract
The course will examine the origins of the military economy, the role of strategic planning in the military-economic development of a country, the structure of the military-industrial complex of foreign countries and the global arms export, the problems of the military economy, cooperation between the public and private sector in the development and production of weapons and military equipment. Special attention will be paid to the technological revolution in military affairs and the arms race in the emerging technology on earth and in space.
