Course Syllabus
Abstract
This discipline belongs to the professional cycle of disciplines providing basic (general professional) training for the direction 58.03.01. "Oriental Studies, African Studies" of the bachelor's degree program and is studied during the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th years. The study of this discipline is based on the discipline "Japanese Language", "Introduction to the Specialty" and "History of Japan". To master the academic discipline, students must have the following knowledge and competencies: • Have basic vocabulary and grammar of the Japanese language, the level of which corresponds to level N3 of Nihongo Noryoku Shiken - the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT). • Read and understand basic literature on the profile of the specialty, if necessary, using dictionaries and reference literature. • Make reports, short reports (with preliminary preparation). • Participate in the discussion of topics related to the specialty (ask questions and answer questions). • Know the basic techniques of information processing of text (annotation, abstracting) and translation of basic literature in the specialty. • Have an idea of the culture of foreign language speech; the correct and appropriate use of language norms in all types of speech activity, as well as the observance of speech etiquette; The main provisions of the discipline should be used in the future when studying the following disciplines: • History of Japan • Literature of Japan
