Course Syllabus

Abstract

The program is dedicated to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of investment project analysis. During the course, key project performance indicators, methods for comparing projects of different durations, principles of financial model development, and approaches to risk assessment and project financing structures are examined. The program equips students with a comprehensive understanding of investment decisions, skills in financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and investment risk evaluation.

  • To develop students’ knowledge and skills in investment project analysis, master methods for evaluating project efficiency and risks, learn to develop a financial model for a project, apply comparative analysis tools, and make informed investment decisions considering existing constraints. 1. Evaluate the efficiency of an investment project based on the calculation of key indicators. 5. Conduct comparative assessment of investment projects with different durations. 6.
