Course Syllabus

Abstract

Targeting Level B1-B2 (Intermediate level) objectives of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), the course’s main objective is to provide a communicative learning environment through activities based in real-world, everyday contexts. In a dynamic and communicative way the course develops all four language skills (i.e. speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in comprehension as well as in producing Korean speech through individual and group work, topical discussions. The focus is on accuracy as well as communication that advance students’ language competence, transferable skills, and cultural awareness.
