Course Syllabus
Abstract
This course covers the short-term financial management functions and responsibilities typically assigned to an Operational and Treasury Department. The course is a compulsory discipline included in the Variable Core of the online degree Master program “Master of Business Analytics”/ “Магистр Аналитики Бизнеса” and is designed to ensure the professional competence of the master in the field of non-financial reporting.
Learning Objectives
- The course aims at providing the students with insight on how to supercharge business performance through cost management and performance strategy.
