Аннотация
The rapid advancement and diffusion of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are fundamentally reshaping business models, organizational structures, and competitive dynamics across global and Russian economies. AI has evolved from a specialized technical capability into a core strategic asset influencing decision-making at the highest managerial and board levels. In this context, contemporary education must equip future leaders with the conceptual frameworks and practical tools required to effectively govern, deploy, and scale AI-driven initiatives.
The course is designed to address the growing demand for managerial and strategic understanding of AI among senior executives and students, without requiring technical or programming expertise.
