Course Syllabus
Learning Objectives
- This course equips students with essential tools and methodologies required to think strategically in a rapidly changing global business landscape. Through rigorous analysis and application of theoretical frameworks, participants gain insight into navigating the complexities of globalization, identifying competitive opportunities, mitigating risks, and formulating winning strategies for sustained competitive advantage.
- Students explore critical topics including the evaluation of industry competitiveness, resource allocation, institutional influences, and the impact of cultural diversity on global expansion. By addressing the challenges posed by international markets, they acquire skills necessary to position organizations effectively amidst heightened uncertainties. The course uses business cases as a key practice study method.

- Explain the concept of competitive advantage in a global context.
