Course Syllabus

Abstract

The educational program is aimed at developing a systemic understanding of the nature, classification, and methods of risk management in organizational activities. The course covers the theoretical foundations of risk management, modern approaches to risk identification and assessment, methods of analysis and mitigation, as well as practical tools for building a risk management system. Particular attention is given to the application of risk assessment methods, as well as regulatory issues and standards in the field of risk management. The course combines the study of fundamental principles with the analysis of real-world case studies, enabling students to develop decision-making skills under conditions of uncertainty. Studying this discipline contributes to the formation of professional competencies necessary for future specialists in economics, finance, and management, and enhances their readiness for practical work in organizations of various profiles.
