Course Syllabus
Abstract
In the context of the convergence of national legal systems, internationalization and Europeanization of the Russian criminal process, the relevance of comparative law and criminal procedure comparative studies is steadily increasing for objective reasons. Reference to the international experience allows us to better understand the methods used in this field.

At the same time, the institutions of foreign judicial proceedings will be considered in comparison with their Russian counterparts on the basis of applying a comparative legal метода research method.
