Abstract

The academic discipline "Flexible Methodologies in IT Projects" is aimed at studying the principles, methods and practices of flexible project management, which ensure high adaptability and efficiency in the face of rapidly changing requirements and uncertainty. In today's world, where technology and the business environment are constantly evolving, agile methodologies are becoming key to the successful execution of IT projects. The discipline is intended for students, specialists in the field of project management, IT development and business analysis. Upon completion of the course, students will gain the skills to effectively apply agile methodologies in their projects, which will allow them to successfully cope with the challenges of the modern market and achieve high results.
