Abstract
"ESP: Economics-3" is designed as a comprehensive and intellectually stimulating course in English for specific purposes particularly for the students of Economics at the upper-intermediate level (HSE Scale: 66-85) aspiring to excel in English for professional purposes. Completion of the course enables learners to enhance their English-language competence and develop skills in English with a focus on Economics up to the advanced Level (HSE Scale: 86-100). The course incorporates authentic and up-to-date materials from a wide range of economic sources. Students are offered a variety of interesting activities in which they discuss the topic and exchange ideas on it. The course provides the necessary practical writing, reading, speaking, and listening skills, which will help students to learn two things: how to deal with Economics in English and the language they need to accomplish this. The course develops essential practical skills in writing, reading, speaking, and listening, enabling students to master two key aspects: how to engage with Economics in English and the language required to do so effectively.
