Abstract

This course provides a practical and applied approach to the field of management consulting. The focus is on the core methodologies and tools used to analyze business problems, develop data-driven insights, and formulate actionable recommendations. The curriculum is designed to translate theoretical concepts into executable skills through a structured learning process.
